Ok, I'm like living this Gudetama life. I've bought this ALMOST HALF A YEAR ago but only today I made the review draft. I must be crazy. Or Gudetama is truly my spirit animal. lol.

And by the time I made this review, Holika-Holika already came up with an upgraded version of the dough (though this original version is still exist - atleast in their website)

ANYWAY!
it's not very often of me, purchasing a blusher (or blushers) because I was not a blush girl.
My blusher collection is usually very limited - because I don't use a blush as like my accent - nor I feel good wearing blusher

BUT NOW. Everything is different! Since my skin is getting much stabilised than what it use to be, most of all the blemishes seems to be gone? in a way - maybe because I age (not maybe. that's the fact). So now, whenever I use high coverage (or even just base product all over my face) - without blush, my face will look soooo pale.

NOW focus on the blush review!

This Jelly Dough Blusher is called "dough" because apparently, they felt like dough when touched. PK02 Plum Jelly is cool tone pink, while CR01 is more like warm tone coral. I want to say "orange" but when applied it actually came out pink. I love on how subtle the design is, and how their *blush* is different according to the shade inside (so I don't have to open to see what shade is what)

AND THE PLASTIC SEAL INSIDE IS SO DAMN CUTE
(said it want to be alone in Korean LOL)

they all looked so beaten up lol sorry I loved them more than I should! :D

Pigmentation wise, while the shades in the pan look very bright, it has pastel pigmentation. So it's really soft and easy to blend! Wearing time, I must say PK02 stays longer - maybe because in my face it came out pinker than CR01. Though irl I prefer CR01 for daily look because it gave a slight pinched cheek without looking to obvious!

Oh yeah! I forgot they have this refreshing scent - like herbs with lime scent. At first I was like "eww" because I expect it to have a fruity scent - but now I've used to the scent and liking it! :D

One thing tho, when I received the product - the pan seems like shaking inside (?) and when I opened it really, the pan just not sticking well to the case. Holika-holika said in the new edition they re-vamped the packaging into a more durable one.

The puff isn't the best - it has this plasticy layer on the puff so it didn't absorb any product. But I still use it because I don't know other method than using my finger (which I hate).

Overall, outside from all the cuteness from Gudetama! I love the product itself. I have to thank Gudetama if not I wouldn't try this much of Holika-Holika products! I recommend to try the CR01 Grapefruit Jelly, because it will suits more skin tone.

The new upgraded edition have more shades (including the two I reviewed here) and also their puff is upgraded (though I don't know if it's better or not!) and the new ones have separator between the puff and the pan - all with the same price.
